6's are fine for stock turbo and mild bolt ons. You can run 7's if you have all the bolt ons and/or run above 20psi

CTown- go with bosch platinum plugs either the +4 or the Iridium Fusions. since your NA you dont have to use copper, and those platinum plugs will last a LONG time
