Default Blinker and Windshield wiper problems

Ok, so when I turn my blinker on it doesnt flash it just stays on and my windshield wipers will only go down half way when they are being used but when in use they go all the way down.
If anyone has any idea whats going on, please let me know. thanks.

Default Turn signal issues too

I'm having a similar issue with my turn signal and trying to find the solution...When I turn on the turn signal it may start blinking, then goes off by itself. I checked the bulbs and they all come on, the fuse is ok. I think it may be a turn signal flasher/relay. I bought one for $10 bucks and hope it's not something electrical. If anyone has any ideas on how to solve this riddle, please let me know.

Turn signal = change the relay box, I'm going it now. It's an easy fix, just remove the bezel and take out the middle switch with the hazard light. The part should be 30-50 bucks depending on where you buy it.

Default another flasher, maybe...?

Thanks for the advice kduznetsov, but I think it might be a separate flasher unit. The one I purchased is a 3 pin flasher unit that should reside in the under dash fuse /relay panel. I'll have to upload a picture. The hazard flasher/relay you were referring to works...so I don't know if that's the one. thanks for the reply. I have an old truck that was a simple flasher unit and I was thinking it may be the same solution..

No, it's the relay, trust me. Common problem, my hazard lights worked fine.., my flashers didn't..

Default worth a try

cool, thanks for the reply kduznetsov. I'll grab the part and give it a try. Is the bezel that complicated to take off?

no, just take a butter knife, bend the tip with pliers and pry it off like you would use a crowbar. Start from the bottom to avoid chipping the bezel..

very cool. I took the relay apart just as the video shows. Unfortunately, it didin't work but it was still worth the try. I have the part coming in the mail, so I'll see if it works when it shows up. Much appreciative to kduznetsov and morpheous for the help on this one.
