Hi, I have the same problem on a 99 A4. I have replaced the Hazard relay/switch and the blinkers still dont work. I suspect maybe the actual turn signal combo/switch? Is there any other relays that I can try first? It appears the steering wheel must come off if I do need to replace the combo switch. I am pretty handy but slightly hesitant due to the airbags. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!!

Airbag and wheel have to come off. There are no other relays - if the hazard switch didn't fix it, it's the switch.
