Also, I don't have a 5 bar FPR.. So maybe that's why it has some issues when the PSI gets up there, not enough fuel?

OH, and I had the green spring in my DV, would a stiffer one help?

Be very very careful. If you don't have an adequate fuel supply for 25psi you run the risk of detonation and expensive engine woes if you're running lean.

I can't think of another reason that you would have turbo flutter (compressor surge) without it being related to the DV somehow. Did you install any shims inside the DV when you installed it?

Have you pulled codes since the flutter started? There might be a code there relating to the surging. (I had this issue myself and it was due to the vacuum line to the DV being blocked by a shim in the DV.)

I would recommend getting the N75 routed and connected properly and ensuring the DV is working properly.

Adjustable, rebuildable DV's like the Forge 007 and 008 come with springs and shims to fine tune them. Allows you to make the springs effectively stiffer without jumping all the way up to a spring that may be TOO stiff for your application.

Oh, yea I don't think I have any of those spacer things in there. I am going to take it out to put a stiffer spring in later today, since I fixed the boost issue. I will check for any disturbances in the vacuum hookup.

I am going to take it off, regrease it with some better grease (Mobil 1 Synthetic) and try putting it in reverse of what I had it before (Apparently this matters on Mitsubishi Evos.. Worth a shot).. See what happens.
