so i bought this car and the previous owner put a blow off valve on it. i know these cars arent supposed to have a BOV but it wasnt stalling or anything so i left it. but my car isnt making any boost pressure ( boost guage only goes up to zero) so i figured this is where id start. i dont know **** when it comes to audis or euro cars so i need some help. espicially due to the questionable install lol. heres a few pics of whats going on with this thing. im assuming the hose in red goes to the thing i circled in blue?
PS. i have a cone filter and no air box.

and if i didnt mention i wanna replace the BOV with a diverter valve make it stockish
