Default Brake help

So I am replacing my pad & rotors in the rear, and I have the caliper mounting bolts off but the caliper will not let the rotor go. The rotor turns in between the pads but I cant pull the rotor out. Now idk if I need to bleed the caliper to release some pressure or what but any help would be great. I should also mention that I loosened the two 13mm bolts on the top and bottom of the caliper thinking that it might release the rotor, maybe that was a bad move idk. Thanks

http://www.audiworld.com/tech/wheel25.shtml that should help. Maybe try a large screw driver to aid the caliper off...

I read the write-up but didn't notice anything about the rear caliper haveing to be turned while pushing the piston in... that is correct isn't it? I think if you try just pushing them straight in it may damage the caliper. Would someone correct me if I'm wrong?

That is correct. The front pistons just compress straight in. The rears require a screw-in brake kit. See the two notches on the face of the rear caliper piston, 180 degrees apart? Those are the turning notches. You use a screw-in kit to thread the pistons back into the calipers. The kit can be borrowed at AutoZone or Advance Auto.

okay wow, good to know I figured out what I was doing wrong. Stupid mistake. But yeah I could not get the piston back into the caliper. I tried with a C clap so I hope i didnt do any damage. I will go pick up the kit and try screwing it back in. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
