Default Break in Method.

I just rebuilt my 1.8t engine and i am concerned about the break in.
I was wondering what people recommended?

Methods that called for driving the car hard since you only have the first 20 miles?
Like Motomans tutorial.
Or methods that baby it?

I also have a brand new stage 4 clutch and i have to break it in properly and dont really know what the method is for it?

As many suggestions or info would help.

breaking in the motor is up to you. many guys dont really break them in, they just run them hard. i talked to the guys at the diesel shop and they always break them in slowly. however, breaking in a clutch properly means no launches

rings seat better at higher spend and more rpms. duh just go fast if it blows up you obviously don't want to be running that thing anyways

Im actually considering just running it hard.

It says that when you first start it, have the intention to drive it to break it in.
Don't start it to hear it.

The problem is, i need to run it in order to read my ecu for eurodyne.
So should i just run the old tune until i break it in?

I like to let it sit around 2500 rpms for around 45-60 mins, then take it out and drive the **** out of it.

and run my old tune.
