which BT manifold?

You can get the parts at Aeroquip. They have a bunch of AN fitings and hose. They make a hightemp hose that is cheaper than stainless and way more flexable. All you need then is push on fittings and some clamps, which they also have. There is a store close to where he lives and can help him with everything.

thnks cincy, but to tell you the truth, when in 4th i will go no lower than 19psi

and in 5th gear i will hold 22psi for a long time, i was doing 120 with 20ish psi easily...i thought this was normal..?

and cincy, when i talked to you last i was doing the 16g, so im not too sure on what oil lines to get as of now, i already have my return line from a guy i know locally which had it on his BT until he went bigger and didnt work for him, and this return line is straight from ATP.

no for oil feed lines, does anyone know about how long i need?, or what fittings exactly?

oh and for anyone wondering how its possible for me to hold that long of boost...i do have a greddy pro-fec, so that could be helping.

You THINK you are holding boost for a long time, but thats all in the gearing. When you are on the highway and in higher gears, you will obviously hold boost longer since the rpms dont increase nearly as fast. You are doing nothing special. Most just think about going 0-XXXmph and it wont seem to hold as long.

Same stuff applies between the 16g and 50trim, just need the specific fittings. See old pm's for the info. All can be had for that turbo at either atp or himni-racing.com

I will be heading to FL next week and will be getting all my stuff ready, so edgewater is a no go.

oh, i know im not holding any sweet amount or record of boost, im just saying that once i hit 4th it will hold at 19

thanks cincy, but since i cant take my car to aero-quip for them to measure it out, i dont really know how long to get them made.

but from my understanding its something like a 4an to the oil source, and then a regular t3/t4 fitting for the oil inlet on the turbo.

ps. not running coolant

and cincy, im going to edgewater this weekend...so u cant go at all? i need a witness b/c i dont have a vid camera

never mind, i just ordered the oil feed line kit for the 1.8t t3/t4 conversion, from ATP

Just take pics on the car # and scan the slip. And please take the pics of the car with # at the track.
