Default bumper removal

Is it pretty easy to remove the f & r bumper on our cars? I'm going to get under the car this weekend to see where there are any clips or screws that need to be removed. Is there any advice you could share before hand? Thanks.

My new next door neighbor owns a body shop (hallelujah!) and the paint on both bumpers are little messed up. He said he'd give me an awesome deal to paint them, but I'd have to take them off for him so he can just take them with him like on a Sat. I'm wondering about how much time it takes to take them off.

For the front bumper go to the timing belt DIY and it will walk you through it.

the rear bumper has 2 bracket in the trunk under the mat, after that the bumper will be loose and it removes just like the front bumper. front bumper its really just eh 2 torx screws in the bottom and the 6mm hex behind the lower grilles. the tabs are the real PITA to remove. it take alot of figiding but they'll come off.
