Hey everyone, I recently purchased an 99 2.8L quattro A4 and would like to put a short ram intake on it and a full exhaust.

The first thing I would like to do is to put the intake on it. However, it seems that alot of the intakes are not CARB compliant which will be necessary as I live in PA and would like to pass inspection. Are there any short ram intakes around that would let me pass inspection?

Also, I would like to put an exhaust on the car, but I know very little in the field in terms of exactly what to buy, where to go, what would still pass inspection, etc. If someone could point me anywhere for a guide or any help for that matter would be great.

The most important thing is I want to pass inspection. I dont want to put all of this money into the car only to have it fail. Thanks for any help everyone
