Default Can't get the harness connector wires out

Hello:

I was trying to remove the harness connectors from ignition coil, it was so tight I can't hand release them, does anyone have the experience of removing these wires?

Thanks,

Just wondering if I can get the ignition coil out without taking the wires...

Yes I've already broken some, still can't get them out, coil should be very easy to pull but the wires are in the way

what i do with connectors like that is put a thin flat head against the harness and part, push down on the clip and turn the flat head so it pries the harness away from the part. idk works for me everytime lol
