I have tried to jump it after each new part and the only time it started was with the battery.

Order of parts installed:
battery - started once and then nothing but a click
starter - just a click
ignition switch - just a click
alternator - just a click

I have even tried to bypass the clutch switch and still nothing. I need to test the alt to make sure its working, but im going to go test and recharge the battery tomarrow and go from there.

 

You tried jumping it after it started once with the new battery? Sounds like the battery is the culprit so far, if it tests good I guess you just gotta move down the list with a multi meter or whatever.
