CEL Codes

Hi,

my car is throwing out the following codes:

PO116 Engine Coolant Temp.Circ Range/Performance.
coolant isn't flowing?

P1237---Cyl.1-Fuel Inj.Circ. Open Circ
should i get a new injector?
