I just got mine the other day. Its been a well known issue since well before 03, and dealer techs have been doing repairs for it for a long time. I think i've cleaned/replaced more sunroof drains than i have starters, alternators, and A/C compressors combined.

 

never had an issue with my sunroof

 

My foot wells filled up with water last spring, cleaning the drains was a pretty easy fix

 

did you guys read the little booklet it came with the lawsuit is for 8,000,000 bucks

lol id be pissed if my leaky sunroof killed me and they wouldnt pay out
