Clear fluid dripping in front of rear wheel

Clear fluid dripping in front of rear wheel

On my 96 A4, clear fluid is leaking from under the rear quarter in front of the left rear wheel and in the lower portion of the wheel well. Just washed it and it reappears after short drives. Is this brake fluid; strut fluid; bearing lube?

is it water? I think the sunroof drains around that area

You're right guys. It's the drains. It drips for several days after a wash. Does that mean they are clogged? Or is it normal for them to drip slowly for a couple of days?
