how do the FWD raceland coils drive from those who have them?

this cant be a good product if reputable dealers sell coilover kits for 900 bucks...

Could this really be a good deal? I am a firm believer in the saying "you get what you pay for"

Tons of VW's (including two family members GTI/Golf) run these. They ride fine, and he's had them for about 20k still decent ride quality. I'd pull the trigger on them if I needed em.

Any Vmaxx-type problems like thread corrosion that seizes the perches? Or crappy coil progression that goes from too soft to iron-bar quality in the blink of an eye?
