a couple of concerns
Well you have to remove the nut holding the top of the dip stick, that's a must. Not a big deal since you don't have to remove the dipstick itself. I also used a bungee cord to hold the fuel lines up and out of the way a bit. Makes it a lot easier to put back in.
Edit: Keep in mind I also took out the airbox. One bolt on the left, pull it out, takes what 5 seconds? Then you can move some of the wires around. You may also have to bend the little piece of flexible heat shielding, then bend it back to where it was after you're done.

i got it out and man it was a pain in the *** to pull the gasket out. it was in decant condition but the part where there is this thick piece that goes in a groove it was kinda melted in there. now i am just cleaning off the sides where the new gasket will go and will be ready to put it all back together.
haha when i started doing this i though it would take me like 1h or a little more. it ended up being 3h hahah
but i took my time plus it was the first time i ever had to do a valve gasket cover change
