DDM tuning disappointment
I ordered from them over 5.5 weeks aago now. The ticker on the site says my product has shipped .. a while ago already.
They came with high regards and have been disappointed
Their customer service is garbage... still waiting to get a response or even anyone to pick up the phone

something similar happened to me when my d2s adapters were on back order... i didnt hear from them for like 2 weeks finally i started calling them over and over and over again one day and finally pissed them off so much that they overnighted me my adapters hahaha..... just bug the **** outta them
yea brie i delt with them not too long ago.. i live in Vermont and waited about 3 weeks.. said my order had shipped and this and that.. i called over and over and over again never to any avail til one time a guy picked up.. i told him the deal and he said ok i gotta transfer you can you hold on, put me on hold for another 15 mins and i just hung up.. and luckily i got them shortly there after.. i like the kits but their customer service is straight up garbage..
DDM has great prices, decent products, and terrible service. I have heard many many horror storys about them. I have only ordered once from them and shipping was so slow I imagine they used a pack muel for transport. I have had friends who received the wrong product and well, if that happends good luck getting everything squared away in a reasonable amount of time.
Normally they have great reviews, just do a search. But I just ordered from them today, and it's written on every page of their website that they are experiencing shipping delays. They even added a thing that shows what orders where shipped today.
We are slowly receiving and unpacking the shipments that we had delayed by customs which is causing a 7-10 business day delay on orders. This is only temporary and the issue was outside of our control. We apologize for this delay as we realize it is inconvenient and unexpected.

If you receive an email stating your order has shipped, it in fact has, even though no tracking number is included. If you do not receive your order within 3 business days of the notification, give us a call to get the tracking number.
