I think the problem is that they go on huge back order from the supplier. Too much business with the low prices. I ordered H3 55w HID's and had them in under 5 days. But those are in less demand then H7

 

your right. h7s and all the popular bulbs and wiring is going to be on back order due to high demand. i ordered 2 sets a few months ago and they were here within a week. plus i thought that they built the wiring harnesses in-house?

 

dude, I just bought an HID kit from them about 2 weeks ago. After many emails that I sent, none were replied. I barely got a response from them saying that they had a back order due to U.S. customs holding their shipments. Today I got an email saying that they shipped out the item....Bad customer service to begin with. Never buying from them again. Should of stuck with VVME. (Their kit burns out easy though.)
