Just so you guys know if this issue happening to you

I had my car jump started couple days ago because of crazy cold temperature ... everything went fine except one thing, radio was dead ... so I checked the side panel fuse and everything was fine ... talking to my mechanic, that's when I learn that there was a 7.5 amp fuse at the back of the radio ... so he took the radio out, check the fuse ( who was dead ), and he changed it for a 10 amp fuse, no charge.
