Default Dealer re-flash?

Ok so here is my issue I have been having. I have had major boost problems on my 99.5 A4 1.8T. I have a k04 turbo, APR stage 1 chip, 2.5" milltek downpipe with customer exhaust anyways long story short I did the boost leak test found a couple leaks on some lines which have all been replaced now. I scanned the car for codes and no codes for found but it seems my car is in limp mode because I can only get 3psi if im lucky. I am going to order a new N75 for my car but im wondering if that does not fix my problem and I go to the dealer to re-flash my car that won't have any effect on my APR program right? I will still have it and won't lose it.

Thanks,

If you take your car to a dealer and tell them you have an APR tune they're going to tell you to GFY. What are you using to scan for codes? If you don't have VAG-com, get it. Then I'd start by taking it back to APR and having them look at it.

when i had a boosting issue a while back it was from a plugged cat converter.. you said you only have a catback exhaust if i read correctly.. so check out your cat..

I have checked the cat already and it seems to be ok because the back of the cat is a hotter temp then the front. I already called the dealer and told them I have it chipped they said they can still do a re-flash I just don't wanna lose my apr program. Any possible chance the N75 can cause this issue? Like i said I have not changed it but I am thinking about getting the one from ESC tuning. I have a 710N dv by the way and I have tested it, and it seems to be working
