Default Deceleration Noise..

I have been having this damn noise coming everytime I take my foot off the gas on my 1999 1.8t 270000plus KM car..the noise is not getting worse, its been there for a while now.Car is still VERY powerfull and turbo seems good(the whole car is still stock. What on earth could that noise be, it sounds like a rattling noise and it goes away as soon as I hit the gas...??I already replaced my cam chain tensioner too so its not that and the timing belt looks good.Anyone heard of this problem?

Thanks

You changed Cam Tensioner. Is that the Same as Timing Belt Tensioner?

My Car did something similar. The Turbo Fins wobble side to side a little and I think that is what it is on my car.

It might be the turbo.

I thought it had something to do with the turbo too, but now I can hear it when I turn of the car, just a little rattle.I'm thinking its the front timing belt area, something must be loose there I presume or something else.I am so confused,I am going to buy a stetiscope thing and figure it out today.I'll post back later with a sound recourding of the noise so we can figuree this out .

thanks yall.

Maybe a belt tensioner is starting to fail.
