hey guys i have a 2001 a4 with the bose symphony soudn system, i bought a garmin nuvi 750 navigation unit and with it i also purchased the msn direct traffic receiver, all that does physically is replace the power cable to the nav and that is the receiver for the msn direct, it works on fm reception and the antenna is the power cable, but i put it in my car and i get no reception at all for the traffic thng, satalite reception works fine tho, then i take it and plug it into my girlfriends car which isnt an audi and it works great, ive plugged into 4 other cars and it worked great in al lof them, somehow my car blocks the reception to the msn direct traffic receiver....any1 else ever heard of this?

 

Never heard of it, but audi's wiring systems kinda work in a loop, so it could be messing with the diversity controller. See if it does it on the AM channels as well, if it does its the receiver you're using screwing everything up.
