that's robbery man. just do it yourself, all you have to do is undo the 2 bolts on the back of the calipers and move the caliper and your pads will come off. front and back are the same deal. once you do one of them it'll take you no time to do the rest. just make sure to buy brake grease, brake cleaner and if you wanna do the job super carefully, replace the caliper pins all around and the front antirattle clips. if you want to do the rotors, you have to unbolt the caliper carrier which could be tricky in the back because it's an allen bolt and can round out really easily.

find a buddy with some tools, grab some beer, and DIY. or at least find an independent mechanic who isn't a dick. 300 is ridiculous

Turbo Kraut: also upstate.... you could of just been getting fade... the cross drilled didn't "help/hurt" the fade so much you were having, any upgrade would of done that
Not fade - I could stop from highway speeds like I expected to in the dry, but I'd have almost no braking power in the wet when stopping from 20-30mph. It was definitely something related to the OEM hardware and rain/wet conditions.

In CT? I'm in New Britain also I have a set of front rotors that are still good and mabey the rear also.I replace my rotors with Brembro drilled rotorsI bought from foriegn auto parts in plainville, there next to robertson airport. They distribute to all the local garages so they are very noligable on what you need.I had to return my first set of pads because it had thewrong sensor connector for my front pads(just somthing else to check).I have two car that needlots of work + plenty of other stuff going onso I don't have time to help you on the brake job write now, but I have a friend that works for cash who has replaced my cylinder head, clutch, etc... when I don't have time.PM me if you need some direction on the job and watch out you don't get your car stuck in one of the pot holes around town!
