Heh heh,i never carry money for the most part,i charge everything to debit,every now and again i get a little chicken change in my pocket.

looks sweet , I'm getting the bottom half of my driver seat done for $85.

That's great. What exactly are you getting done? Are you getting it done locally or are you shipping the part somewhere? $85 seems pretty cheap.

Ha ha ha ha I totally need the same, I get up and the seat heater wire gets stuck to my cargo pants pocket.

Thanks for the reply... NOT! I like how people make claims and then not back it up.

I ended up buying the real thing for roughly $300. It's as good as new since...well, it IS new!

I remember sending a reply to your post if I'm not mistaking. The reason it cost $85 to repair the seat is because I'm only repairing the bottom half of the seat and the fabric need to fix the seat is vinyl.plus the shop has real good prices.

I question the fabric used for such a low price,that doesn't even cover the material,let alone the labor but more power to you,if it looks better than it does now.

I got my seat done in Norwalk,CT. at a car upholstery shop,he ordered the material,used my torn seat to outline the new leatherette cover and installed it.

That's funny my seat did the same exact thing, and my armrest is broken, and all the hazard light "bezel" clips are broken off from the previous owner. Although i just did my timing belt. I really need to find a pick-your-part style audi/vw yard in so-cal.
