Default Dynamat A4 B5

Hello all

I am wanting to sound proof the cabin of my car. I am going to buy a dynamat extreme 3.5sqm pack. Would anybody be able to give me some advice on where to install the dynamat. I was thinking the doors and boot. Any help on how to remove trim or where to put the dynamat would be good

Thanks in advance

try this stuff from home depot its for your roof, ask Nick Broderick about it. $ timres cheaper and does the same job. Dynamat the doors, and trunk and floor and roof and pillar and anything your heart desires, usually only needed when your subs are rattling the loose metal but also for a quiter ride? never seen it used for that but should be practical.

I talked to Nick about it, its called "Quick Roof" its only $16 for 25 feet and for the price it works great, I covered my whole trunk in it and the rattle's all gone, about to start on the doors. Definitely worth it

There's another product as well, called E-Dead, that does the job and is way cheaper than Dynamat. I'm gonna look into the Quick Roof stuff though - great price for sure.

I want to coat my car in insulation as well. Best product for the price? Should we get a vote going or is there an independent survey that tests all of them against each other?

DYnamat is $57 for 20sq ft.
Quick roof is $16 for 25 ft,
Quality seems to be the same.
