Default Electrical Smoke coming from under air box...?

Hey Guys,

So interesting thing happened to me today...

There was smoke coming from under the air box in the general area outlined in the picture, the smoke smelt like burning electronics, see pic.

After some time the blower motor for the climate control stopped working.

I checked the fuses and the fuse #25 (blower motor) was indeed fried.

My theory, something in the area outlined in the pictured failed or shorted and caused excess current draw on that circuit which blew the fuse #25 and caused the blower motor to shut down.

Now my question, what electrical components are located in that area which could have caused this?

Thanks

Does anyone have the wiring diagram for the #25 fuse?

Maybe looking at the diagram will help me find the source of this problem.

Fuse 25 just shows as being the fuse controlling the climate control and blower motor. A quick google search will pull up the fuse diagram for future reference.

So I found the source of the smoke while doing my timing belt job last weekend, it was coming from the a/c pressure switch.

The connector corroded and there was a short between two of the pins, the connector was melted. The a/c pressure switch is also on the #25 fuse.
