Engine wont turn.
So I just put my engine setup back in my car, everything went pretty smooth minus a few small electrical issues. Anyhow, I went to start her up and the starter just clicked once. So I pulled the starter out and had a friend crank the ignition. The starter spun and moved outward just fine like its supposed to. So I then tried to cycle the engine by hand and it wouldnt budge, even with a breaker bar on the crank pulley and a ratchet on the cam gear pulley simultaneously.
So heres what i had apart, Took the cams out and put them back in to spec (16 teeth inbetween timing marks on each cam gear, 10nm torque on caps, oiled journals) After putting the head back together i cycled it on the cam pulley and it turned and clicked, pausing between each valve cycle, as I believe it should.
I then set both the pistons and head to tdc and did the timing and buttoned up the rest of the engine.
Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

So I pulled the VC and sure enough the intake cam wasn't aligned properly. No idea how this happened cuz I thought I aligned it all perfectly. But obv I was excited to finish it and rushed through that part. So should be up and running again when it stops raining.
