Exhaust manifold gasket replacement
#2
its pretty straight forward. The only thing is that the bolts like to snap in the turbo.
Take your intake out. Id leave the coolant and oil lines in the turbo, just prop it up somewhere. Pull the turbo off the manifold. Id try and leave it connected to the cat though. Then pull the manifold
When replacing, tighten middle first then to the edges on the manifold, insuring a tight seal. throw everything back together...
btw, is the gasket leaking or what?

i dont see too many go bad on a stock engine, but what he said ^^
i would go to the dealer and pickup a few extra bolts just in case you snap some, which you might. spend $15 and get a few exhaust mani bolts, manifold to turbo bolts, and turbo to cat bolts, and nuts to go with them. its always useful to have some layin around.

Very common for them to snap. You should just pull the turbo out and bring it to a machine shop so they can drill and tap it. It'll be cheap and prevent leaking problems in the future. As far as tools go, you can easily do this with a decent wrench set and some drivers, basic stuff. You'll need some teflon tape if your pulling the lines off the turbo.
