facelift definition, and headlight question

Bumper-mounted fogs started with the 99.5 along with the other facelift changes. Easy enough to retrofit (I have them on my 99). Mark, maybe that's what you were thinking of?

nah remembered right after I posted that they were in headlights but didn't care enough to fix it lol.
