Default Foglights on with highs troubleshoot...

I have attempted to do this modification as illustrated in this link: http://www.audiworld.com/tech/ext9.shtml However, in doing this, I only have one fuse in the middle row. It is in the #13 position. Is there a layout for what relays are what in the car like our fuse block layout and description. Or am I just stuck guessing and yanking relays until the foglights don't come on. HELP!

Yeah, this method was my next plan of attack. Might buy a new relay and do it that way so I don't mess up the one I have if something happens and I just have to pull the old one out and replace it with the modified one. Thanks for the reply.
