i am trying to hook up led strip lights in my footwells but i am having trouble finding something to hook them up to. i was thinking about wiring them to the footwell lights, not to turn on with them but for constant power, LED's barely use any and my battery is great so i wouldnt mind if they are on all the time. can anyone tell me why there are 3 wires going to the footwell lights and what they are for? or if there is anything else i can hook them upt o so they go on with the car or something? i dont want to put a switch in and there is not much wire to work with on these lights. anything will help. thanks

 

Use the 75x post under the dash and they'll be powered anytime the key is on.
