Default Front end clunk when applying gas

For the past 6 months there has been a clunk that seems to be coming from the front end that has steadily gotten worse.
It clunks when:
letting out the clutch shifting from 1st to 3rd
applying gas in 1st to 3rd

but NOT when:
downshifting
letting out the clutch in or driving in reverse
using the breaks...

It seems to be a torque issue... clunking when there is stress on the drive train in low gears...
The clutch itself seems to be ok seeing as it stalls out when I dump it with the e break on (didn't do that on purpose btw)

motor mounts / nose mount....... could be control arms, but that is usually when braking or steering due to shift of vehicles weight
