I was surprised that I got my kit so soon, especially from what I've heard about DDM's customer service. But I guess paying the extra $2 for express shipping paid off.

 

I've ordered several times and not had a problem. Sometimes they do sell out of things though and obviously that will delay shipment. People just react too soon when they didn't get the order when they wanted it. DDM has more volume of sales then they can handle but they are doing a good job.

This is why they keep the prices so low. Large volume of sales and low profit per item.

 

No, they actually do have **** poor service. I had no problem with them with my first 3 orders, but my 4th order took a month, and I got lied to on the phone 3 times in a row. Each time I was told my order would be shipped that day and should of already been shipped. It wasn't till my 4th phone call that they shipped.

Personally, I think when they get flooded they don't handle it well. I'm convinced something in my order was probably back ordered and they didn't want to admit. Had no problem charging me when I placed the order though.
