Default have to keep re programing keyless entry

For some reason I have been having to re program my key less entry key pads. It will work for a while, but after a day or like 10 times of unlocking it it will not longer recognize the key pad and I will have to reprogram it and after that it will work ok for another day or so. The battery is new so that is not the issue, I have tried this with both of my key pads and both of them seem to do the same thing. I am wondering if maybe it is the receiver on the car? where is it located and how can I test this? I have owned the car for a few months and at first the key less didn't work and it needed to be re programmed so I got a new battery and programed it and it worked for a month. Every now and then It wouldn't work but I found that if I removed and battery and then re installed it in the key pad it would work just fine. But now I am lucky if I can use it for a day. After I reprogram it i can lock and unlock it over and over again till my hearts content but over any period of time it seems like the car forgets the keypads signal. Any ideas are appreciated greatly.

you need to sync it with the car. lock it with the remote. then unlock the car from the outside lock cyclinder within like 5 seconds and it should sync.

The remote doesn't seem to even want to work any more. I tried re programming it today and had no luck even doing that. But I'll keep messing with it and hope that I can get it working again.

I'm starting to think that maybe the receiver isn't working on the car itself. Is this a common problem? Does anyone know how to fix this thing? Tried new batteries usually reprogramming it works but now it won't even let me program the key fob anymore. I would like to keep my stock alarm and not have to get an after market one.
