Default is it the headlight switch??

So, last night when I flipped my lights on, the headlights and fogs decided not to work..the side blinkers work, tail lights, brake lights and if I pull on the high beams, then they also work..Did some research and think it might be a faulty headlight switch..the instrument panel shows the "green light" stating that the lights are in the on position..I guess my question is, would it still be a headlight switch issue if the green light is showing????

Yep. Change it out and you're good to go (there's a couple DIYs around).

thanks for your help..changed out the switch for a new one..and now I have lights..
One thing I recommend to anyone doing this job soon..mark the position of the steering wheel before removing the 55 star/trox screw..that cost me another hour to line up the steering wheel the way it was before.
