this is deffinatly a head light switch. had the same problem on my 99.5 2.8 A4

Correct me if I'm wrong - doesn't the B6 use a rotary switch on the dash? I mentioned the combi switch since us B5ers have that as a known issue, but I'm not sure if the B6 has the same issue or not.

B6 does have the rotary switch like VWs, but I also don't know if they have the same issue
