Default Headlight Washer Covers & Oil Sludge

Not particularly related, but both similar in that I have questions about these 2 issues! Where other than the regular places like EBay and CList can you find these tiny over-priced covers?
The other question is at what stage of an oil sludge problem can I buy a used A4 and be reasonably sure I can correct the problem with one of these kits I have seen here? Is there a point where the damage to the engine has already been done and how would I know? It seems many people are selling them cheap on CL citing this issue and I see a possible way to get some A4's on the cheap and fix them in my spare time.

1. Junk yard

2. Have an independent Audi tech tell you if you have a sludge problem or not. Seafoam also (to get rid of or prevent sludge).

Thank you, now that I think about it, junkyard makes sense, I guess my brain was asleep! The people that have them on EBay are selling them like pieces of gold for crazy money, and the wrong color/year!
