Default Headlight Washers

Just replaced my headlight washer pump but still not getting the headlight washers to pop up or spray. I also checked the fuses and they seem to be in working order, in fact I can hear the headlight washer system tick when I pull on the washer lever, but still nothing. Any ideas on what could be the problem?

To get the washers to come on, the headlights need to be on and you have to hold the stock for something like 3 seconds. Do you see any leaks? The sprayers popping up is caused by the liquid pressure from the washer fluid, so if the pump is working and there are no leaks you should be good.

I've done all the basic things to ensure it works on my end but I feel it may be a deeper issue then the easy fixes. One of two things I'm guessing; The actual sprayers are junk/blocked or I'm not getting any power to the pump. I just picked up a meter to test if there is any power and will try this weekend. On the other hand its more of a luxury so if I can't figure it out on the cheap, I'm fine without them.

hold it for like 20 seconds and see if they pop up. with the lights on. If not, then like you said, luxury. I had the holes covered on mine, its a way better look.

I bought new headlights and to keep the lenses clear from salt this winter, I'm willing to try out a few more things and then I'm giving up. So tomorrow I will be pouring in another gallon of wiper fluid and crossing my fingers.
