Help flashing CEL

Default Help flashing CEL

im driving to work this morning and step on the gas and all of a sudden my car boggs down i get a flashing cel and the thing sounds like a subaru wont go barely anywere. i got it back home, haven ot had time to run the codes, but im j/w what are some possibilitys that might be going on

oh really is that what your supposed to do? like i said i haven ot got them checked yet, i was seeing if anyone had any ideas without codes. they will be up tonight

Def sounds like a misfire. Prolly a bad coil pack.

^^^Yeah most likely a bad coil or maybe spark plug, Flashing CEL means miss fire

yeah thats what i figured, i have brand new sparks so i doubt its that ill have to get a new coil pack tomorrow after i run codes.

make sure those plugs are gapped to .28

I forgot to gap mine one time and it missed so bad it wouldn't even start
