Didn't see anybody answer your question about the horns, so here goes: Electric horns like those can only produce one tone each, so there are two horns in order to produce the specific multi-tonal sound you hear when you push the horn. The horn that beeps once when you lock your car is actually behind the trunk liner inside your driver's side rear quarter panel.
