Hey guys, recently my aftermarket hid bulbs went out. They were hooked up to an oem ballast. I checked the bulbs and they work fine. I believe the problem is the oem ballast. I called Audi and a new ballast for a 2000 a4 2.8 is $509. I need 2 since both have stopped working. Is there a cheaper option? Can i go aftermarket on the ballasts?

Hey man, what's up, I just got a Xentec H7 kit from a guy named "orangemika" for around $60 shipped. He seems based in Cali and shipping was extremely fast, about 2 days USPS priority shipping to NY!! I know he's got other bulbs available too. While I haven't tried this kit on my Audi yet, I know I like this brand because my brother has it for his E30 BMW M3 and it looks HOT!! I got mine in 6000K and they warrant the bulbs and ballast for 1 year, no questions asked. Again, I know because my brother had one of his original ballast which looked like it wasn't built to standard exchanged for another one which actually looked OK.
