His sig lists a 99.5 1.8T.

That's pretty cool. If you contact Audi of America about it, they might even cut you a deal on your next Audi. I remember a post of a guy in the UK who was much higher than you, but he had swapped the motor. They ran an article on it though. Definitely good marketing for Audi.

Original motor. The trans has been rebuilt twice though. And it's a 99.5 1.8T.

 

It's currently covered in road salt. As soon as the weather gets better I will post some pics. I wonder if Audi has ever had a customer run 400K miles on an original 1.8T engine. I'll check, they probably will hook me up with a deal. But I won't hold my breath.

Damn guys, this makes me feel pretty happy with my choice of car, and is making me reconsider selling her for an S4.

Mine just broke 147,000 today on my way home from class and she still runs like the day I got her. Debating taking apart the engine to clean the internals before I start throwing mods into it, but if you guys are getting to 200,000+ no problem I may just leave her be.

I guess there goes my plans to construct a Stage III+ road monster!
