How to unF*#$ a TRE! *PICS*
There were some issues on his car (a broken water pump bolt for one), and some extra projects such as VCGs, plugs, etc, but that job ran to 10PM. But thinking about it, I don't see why a few of us couldn't knock it out on Sunday if we start in the morning. Screw it, I'm down - Hiwords, you up for wrenching on that Sunday? The tools will already be warmed up from doing brakes for osin34 and CCA4 Friday...chocalot, what do you think?
I say schedule everything up......there should be more than enough helping hands about. I say raise the stake and set a time limit and see if a particular job can be done in less time than allotted. Ooooooh, I love a challenge. Put that mechanical prowess to the test.
Hell, I have stands and a jack, plus some bullshit tools......I'll chip in where needed.

Too many hands can make it harder because it's too tough to keep track of what's been done. A handful of guys is ideal because a couple are on deck and the rest are working and we can rotate in and out. And don't worry about tools and stands - I've got well beyond what we will need already (stands, hand tools, air tools, creeper, etc) - so no problems there. Seriouly, long as no one is too tanked Saturday night and we get cracking Sunday morning, he can still get home (late) that night. Starfish, it'll save you a lot of money to do it this way. Check FCP Groton - they sell t-belt kits at a good price, along with those from ECS.

Awesome, it's definitely doable. I'll text chocalot and see if he can chime in and give us some feedback. So far, if he does, it'll be his timing service, A8 brakes for osin34, and A8 front/replacement rears for CCA4. So this is officially going to be a tech meet as well from the sounds of it. Fine by me - it's probably no secret by now that us upstate NY guys like any excuse to break out the toolboxes
I know that osin34 is coming in on Friday and we're gonna take 30-40 minutes and knock out his brakes on the spot. Soon as CCA4 gets here we can jackstand all four corners of his car and kick its *** in no time. As for tge t-belt, we're probably better off doing it Sunday. Start Friday and we won't be participating in the BBQ, but get on it at 7-8am Sunday and we'll be in good shape. Yeah chocalot, order up your stuff and we can get you taken care of while you're here. No sweat.
