Default iforged wheels

I posted this up in the 'exterior' section but i dont think alot of people go on it so..
What do you guys think about iforged wheels? I have herd good and bad things about them. I saw an ad in Eurotuner for a light weight series wheel i liked. Apparantly BMW guys hate these wheels because they say the wheels are poorly made. Just wondering what you guys think. Im really just looking for a lightweight wheel, so if you could point me in any other direction that would be usefull as well.

that's why they're BMW guys. iForged are amazingly well made (and expensive), personally i would go with Work instead, but i've always wanted a set of iForged rims

I love IForged wheel and I'm on my second set. I have heard good and bad things as well but my personal experiences have all been good. My first set was the IForged Victory wheel and they looked good and I had no problems with them at all, as some have said the wheels are "soft"

I hit a huge pot hole and it did bend the wheel but just a little. I hit the pot hole so hard that it de-beaded the tire and it was big enough that my whole wheel was able to fit inside the pot hole, (it had rained the night before and there was water on the road and I couldn't see the pot hole as it was filled with water and just looked like the rest of the road) I don't know how another rim would have done in the same situation but I have hit other pot holes with no problems.

My second set of IForged wheels is what I am currently running, the IForged Daytona and I like them even better. I was recently hit on my passenger side and the wheel took most of the impact. It damaged the front face of the wheel and the outer lip has some pretty good gauges in it but the wheel still holds air and I have been driving on it while taking the car back and forth to the body shop. It is still round as well - as opposed to being out of round - and is able to be balanced. I ordered a new wheel from IForged and I am going to use the old one, once it is cleaned up, for my spare. I found a local welder that can weld and polish alluminum so he is going to repair the wheel for me and then I will have it repainted.

So as far as my experiences with IForged wheels goes and how they have held up, I am extremely happy. I hope that helps a little and here are some pictures of the wheels and what they have went through.

like Fred, i too am extremely happy with my iForged wheels. I have been running them for a little over a year now, and am impressed. They are of good quality, and IMO are strong wheels. I'm running 19" wheels with a 35 series profile tire, have hit some decent size divits in the road, and have not had any bends.

i'm running iForged Senekas

Tell you what Fred - I can't wait to see that car fixed. You've done a beautiful job building it.

The wheel actually held up very well for as hard as it was hit and as you can see it was not just your average fender bender. With the exception of some cosmetic damage this wheel could still be used as my everyday wheel, but a new one is already on the way so this is my new spare.

Thanks. The car is almost done being repaired and should be finished soon. Just waiting on a front bumper. This is how the car sits now, and as you can see the wheel doesn't look that bad ............. from far away

(sorry, didn't mean to get off topic)
