Default Im BACK!! and i have a question?

sorry to bother you guys after a long hiatus. i moved into the country and we dont have any internet and my phone wont load this page. but i get internet at school and im in class so here goes...

it is winter here in the northland and ive noticed something strange with my car. even after just driving to school i get out of it and it smells like burning rubber. what gives? all belts are fine and i am certainly not doing any burnouts. any thoughts on this? dont know why it matters but i got an 01 tqms

thats what is really weird. of course i already thought of that stuff. i shouldve mentioned it before but the tires dont smell and the engine bay doesnt smell. its just right when you open the door you can smell it. theres no smell in the cabin. nothing seems out of place. its really kinda weird but its been doing it all winter. maybe its not an issue?
and euro 2nr maybe you dont know me cause i have been away from the site since august. if you really want to know me ill give you my phone number and we can get to know each other

Dude I was being sarcastic. I helped you on other issues before when I was around.

Can you get the car on a lift and put it in drive and maybe see if you got anything rubbing? Axles, DS, wheels. Something's gotta be touching. Unless it's just your upper lip

i could put it on a lift no problem. my buddy has a diesel repair shop with a lift. it certainly isnt the tires since im running 15's for winter mode. my 17's (225-45) come damn close to rubbin but they dont. i thought maybe there was ice build up and the tires were rubbing but i brought it to the car wash and blew out the wheel wells really good but i still get the smell. and i was just jokng with you too but if you really want my number ill give it. if youre ever in minnesota you could stop by for some beers
