instrument cluster lights
is there a way to replace them?the left side (rpm) is getting dimmer than the speedo side... and since the rpm is the only gauge that works now i would like to keep that bright lol...
i like the red and all but i was thinking about going to a blue or something to mix it up, can you replace bulbs to make the gauges light up differently than just the red? if so can anyone post a link or something showing me how?
i checked audidiy and i only found instrument removal or white gauge face replacement but nothing about the lights... thanks

The red is from the color of the plastic, not the bulb. It can be sanded down so the cluster will glow whatever color bulb you have in there. It's simple to remove the cluster, and the bulb replacement is just as easy.

well i think speedo needle is effed.. oh well lol... 3k in 5th gear is 65mph... so ill survive haha
on another note, i took apart the entire unit, even the faces, turns out red led are actually soldered or something into the circuit board... so idk how i would go about replacing them, oh well... it was a fun experience lol

Yeah i have the same issue kinda... my cluster lights across the top are all burnt out, so i cant see how much gas i have at night, and the speed from like 90-160kms and my digital display is fully out except for the divider lines in it.
