so for awhile now my fuse #14 has blown whenever i try to put a new fuse in. I currently do not have a light bulb in the passenger side vanity mirror light. this couldn't cause the fuse to keep blowing could it?

it's gotten quite annoying at night, getting into a pitch black car.... any help appreciated!
