Sometimes when I start my car, the interior lights turn on and stay on. The ONLY way I can get them to turn off is to turn the car off, lock the car with my key fob, then unlock it with the key fob. Now the car operates normally again.

This happens every once in a while, and I have no idea whats causing it. I'm looking for help now, before it becomes a major issue. Thanks for the help!
