I'd put my money that it's the alternator, even if you had it checked.

its the battary just cause you check it doesnt mean it isnt anything wrong with it battaries do this all the time there kinda bypolar when they go out they wanna work they cut out and start working its a bit weird and if it was the alternator the car will die while driving it

does no body use punctuation anymore?

hook up a multimeter in series with the battery when the car is completely off and measure the amps flowing. it shouldnt be more then 50-100mA or so. if its substantially more, you have something in the car consuming power. if its not parasitic drain, your battery is dying.

Start your car, then unhook the batteries positive connection but be careful not to let the wire touch any metal. If the car continues to run, you know your alternator is good and it's the battery.

Rig a lightbulb in series with the battery. If something is draining current the bulb will illuminate. Pull one fuse at a time and check the bulb. If the bulb goes out when you pull a particular fuse, the circuit that fuse protects is at least partly responsible for the drain.

Just to add.... make sure it's a DC bulb, not a house bulb.

That's expected. Everytime you power something up, it loads the system and takes available voltage away.
